Ambrose consists of 8.24-acres of development land in Bremerton, WA, within the Bay Vista masterplan. The 216-unit project will utilize Katerra’s “KA2.1” building chassis with 3-story stacked flats following a modern farmhouse design aesthetic. Design elements will be consistent with current Katerra projects in the Puget Sound region. The site plan includes a central amenity space with outdoor open space, clubhouse, outdoor pool, fitness center, dog run and BBQ area. The current design anticipates 9 residential buildings, 66 carports, and 36 detached garages.
