Fritz is the Executive Chairman, responsible for corporate governance and global strategy at The Wolff Company. Fritz is an active member of the Wolff’s Executive Committee, and co-heads the firm’s Investment Committee. Fritz has more than two decades of institutional real estate investment experience. Fritz co-founded Katerra, which provides design, sourcing, manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics services to the construction industry. Fritz attended Gonzaga University and serves as a member of its Board of Regents and its Investment Committee. Fritz completed the OPM Program at Harvard University and is a founding member of YPO Scottsdale.
Jay is the Chief Executive Officer, responsible for execution of corporate strategy and oversight of all operations for The Wolff Company. He heads Wolff’s Executive Committee and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining The Wolff Company, Jay was an operations executive at Akamai, a NASDAQ 100 company. He was also a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Jay graduated summa cum laude from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, with a degree in Business Administration. He is a board member of YPO Scottsdale, Make-A-Wish Arizona and the ASU Art Museum. He previously served as a Planning Commissioner in Scottsdale.
Jesse is the Chief Investment Officer of The Wolff Company. He is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and co-heads the firm’s Investment Committee. He oversees the implementation of the company’s investment strategy and acts as the chief underwriter for all investment activity. Jesse is responsible for research, market selection, transactional risk management and asset management for the company’s multifamily investment portfolio. Jesse has two decades of multifamily investment and asset management experience. He attended Eastern Washington University.
