Located on the south end of the Las Vegas Blvd, the 13.2-acre site is situated between the South Point Casino and M Resort & Casino, in an area considered one of the fastest growing regions in Las Vegas. LVB offers immediate proximity to the I-15 freeway, McCarran International Airport, Henderson and the Las Vegas Strip. The Las Vegas Raiders’ new practice facility and the Henderson executive airport are 1.5 miles south from the site.

LVB consists of 16, 3-story buildings and 316 units. It includes 12 (4%) studio, 145 (46%) one-bedroom, 138 (44%) two-bedroom and 21 (6%) three bedroom apartments.
