Erin is the Chief Operating Officer for Revel Communities/The Wolff Resident Experience Company, overseeing the senior living operating platform team and performance. She has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, ranging in roles from development to operations. In her career, Erin has served as the Senior VP of Operations for Cogir Senior Living and Executive Vice President of Operations for Anthology Senior Living, overseeing portfolios of 24 and 36 assisted living/independent living/memory care communities, respectively. Prior to her time at Anthology, she was the Vice President of Strategic Operations for Spectrum Retirement Communities, assisting in the identification and implementation of operational initiatives for the 45-building portfolio. Erin earned both her BA in Molecular Biology and MBA at the University of Colorado.
Eric is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Revel Communities, where he leads the national sales and marketing strategy across the company’s portfolio of independent living communities. He brings over 16 years of senior living experience through leadership roles at Longevity Senior Living, Anthology Senior Living, Enlivant, and The Waters, where he built and coached high-performing teams across sales and operations. Throughout his career, he has successfully led community turnarounds, launched new developments, and developed leaders who have gone on to excel in regional and national roles.
Michelle is the Vice President, Strategic Operations at Revel Communities, where she brings over 35 years of experience in multifamily real estate. Known for driving performance, improving operational efficiency, and maximizing asset value, she has successfully led the lease-up of luxury communities and overseen high-performing teams across multiple markets. Michelle brings expertise in strategic planning, financial oversight, and employee development, empowering teams to exceed expectations and elevate the resident experience. She has played a key role in facilitating real estate transactions and enhancing NOI through hands-on leadership and innovative solutions.
Brian Jennings is the VP, Finance & Accounting at Revel Communities, where he oversees reporting, budgeting, and financial planning. He has over 15 years of experience in financial leadership and strategic planning in the healthcare & senior housing sectors. Prior to joining Revel Communities in 2024, he held Accounting and Finance roles with two other senior housing developers and operators, focusing on operational efficiencies and financial benchmarking. Brian holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a graduate degree from Florida Atlantic University.
Ron is the Vice President, Operations for Revel Communities. He joined the company in 2021 and plays a critical role supporting community executive directors to meet and exceed company goals. Ron has over twelve years of experience in senior housing new development and management at companies such as Elegance Living and Milestone Retirement Communities, holding positions spanning from Executive Director to Regional Vice President.
Mallory is the Vice President, Operations for Revel Communities. She has over 20 years of experience as a senior living operator, with a career that spans both coasts of the United States. She has played a key role in the growth and innovation of small companies, leading the development of progressive community models and brands designed to foster vibrant, engaging environments for active older adults. A graduate of the Gerontological Institute at UMass Boston, Mallory is a passionate advocate for the belief that curiosity, creativity, and personal interests have no age limit—and should never be bound by convention.
Adam Smith serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Revel Communities. In this role, Adam works closely with the executive leadership team to establish the overarching people strategy and agenda for the organization. In his 4 years at Revel Communities, Adam has focused on building consistent, simple, and repeatable processes to support talent development and growth. Prior to joining Revel, Adam’s career included roles in the financial services, retail, and education industries, including organizations such as Walmart and University of Phoenix. He has served as an HR leader in both field and corporate HQ environments, supporting a variety of functional areas.
Sam is the Vice President, Marketing for Revel Communities. She joined the company in July of 2019 and is responsible for crafting marketing and public relations strategies for each of the thirteen senior communities and the brand as a whole. Her focus is on highlighting Revel as an innovative company in the senior space, with uniquely beautiful communities and compelling resident stories. Prior to this position, Sam spent ten years overseeing marketing and public relations for Waldorf Astoria Resorts, Hyatt Hotels, and Visit Phoenix, the destination marketing organization for the City of Phoenix. Her knowledge of hospitality, luxury lifestyle marketing, and her keen eye for detail make her a great addition to the Revel team.
