The property offers immediate proximity to the I-15 freeway, Las Vegas Blvd, McCarran International Airport, and the Las Vegas Strip. 

Santé consists of 15, 3-story garden buildings and 238 units. Three buildings will contain tuck-under parking. Interior unit finishes include stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, thermofoil cabinets, vinyl plank flooring and a washer/dryer in each unit. Community amenities include fitness studio with yoga, dog park, a resort-style pool and spa, and an 8,000 square foot clubhouse.
