The proposed design at Union South Bay includes 357 residential units within four- and five-story wood frame buildings wrapping two separate concrete parking structures. The larger building will also house approximately 30,000 square feet of retail fronting Avalon Blvd. and Carson St. The smaller building will house the leasing center and most amenities. The current concept also anticipates a fitness center, pool area, community lounge, rooftop courtyard on top of the parking garage(s), dog park/spa and bike repair areas.
