The 56-acre site is part of a larger 71.3-acre development (“Stillwater”) that will consist of Linea Stillwater, 3.7 acres of retail/commercial space and 11.7 acres of high-density multifamily. The community includes 230 single family, detached for-rent residences, on an average lot size of 4,700 square feet, developed over three phases, as well as a 3.1 acre park that will be dedicated to the city of Georgetown and 4.6 acres of open space.

Linea is located about two miles northeast of downtown Georgetown and provides residents convenient access to both TX-130 and I-35.
