Andy is the Head of The Wolff Company’s development efforts on the East Coast. Andy has almost three decades of experience in the industry. Previously, he was the President of Roseland Residential Trust and a Named Executive Officer of Mack-Cali. Prior to Roseland he was a management consultant with Ernst & Young and a practicing architect. Andy graduated from University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Architecture and is a public member of the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority, member of the New Jersey Builders Association and National Multi-Housing Council.
Tim has been an executive at The Wolff Company for more than two decades. He is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and oversees a number of special projects for the company. He manages all aspects of the firm’s development activity and oversees Wolff’s Senior Living Platform. Tim has more than 25 years of private real estate investment and development experience. He is a graduate of the University of Washington and the OPM Program at Harvard University. Tim is also a founding member and past president of YPO Scottsdale.
Jamie is the Executive Vice President of Development of The Wolff Company. He has developed more than 6,500 units and has more than 25 years of construction and development experience. Prior to joining Wolff, he was a principal at Trillium Residential, a multifamily development company based in Phoenix. Jamie started his career with a large International General Contractor headquartered in Canada and was involved in projects spanning the globe for more than 13 years. He has broad background in managing high-profile institutional projects. Jamie received a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Architectural Science from Ryerson Polytechnical Institute.
Matt is the Chief Investment Officer for The Wolff Company’s direct multifamily investments. He brings 20 years of broad multifamily experience to his role. Matt was previously a founding principal with Trillium Residential, a Phoenix based multifamily development and property management firm. He was also the President of Mark-Taylor Residential, where he ran property management and assisted in the development process. During Matt’s tenure at Mark-Taylor, the company was recognized by the Arizona Multi-housing Association and the National Apartment Association for numerous state and national awards. He is a graduate of Arizona State University.
Scott is the Executive Vice President of Acquisitions and the Head of Transactions of The Wolff Company. He is responsible for all multifamily transaction activity including acquisitions, financing and asset divestitures. Scott has more than a decade of experience underwriting and acquiring income properties across the Western United States and the Eastern Seaboard. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Merrimack College and a Master of Business Administration from the College of William and Mary’s Graduate School of Business.
Keith is the Senior V.P. of Asset Management at The Wolff Company. Keith brings 25 years of multifamily and hospitality experience to his role. Keith was previously with Club Corporation of America (CCA), the industry leader in private dining clubs, athletic clubs, and country clubs. Keith was on the senior leadership team at Apartment Investment and Management Company where he held a variety of Operations, Strategy, and Asset Management Roles. He was most recently with Continental Realty Corporation before joining The Wolff Company. Keith received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas and his MBA from Duke University.
Nate is a Executive Vice President of Development Sourcing for The Wolff Company. He is responsible for site selection, acquisition, entitlements, design and development of multifamily and senior housing assets in the Southwest and Mountain West regions of the United States. Prior to joining The Wolff Company, Nate was Vice President of Development for both AMLI Residential and Sares-Regis Group. With more than 15 years of experience in the real estate development industry, Nate has sourced, entitled, and developed more than $3 billion of real estate. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and earned a Master’s of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Southern California with Honors. He is an active member of ULI, BIA and the NMHC.
Chris is a Senior Vice President of Development Sourcing at The Wolff Company. He is responsible for site selection, acquisition, entitlements, design and development of multifamily and senior housing assets in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States. With more than 10 years experience in the multi-family industry, Chris has been involved in the development of more than $1 Billion of multi-family assets. He received his Bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Washington, where he also completed the Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program. He is an active member of ULI, NAIOP, NMHC and is a past board member of the Seattle Architecture Foundation.
Joe is a Vice President of Development of The Wolff Company. He is responsible for the entitlement, design, and construction of specific developments undertaken by the company. Joe has been with the company more than 20 years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master of Business Administration degree from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College. Prior to joining Wolff, Joe was a Vice President at the Cigna Corporation where he completed acquisition and financing transactions.
Mike is a Vice President of Senior Development at The Wolff Company. He oversees the development and acquisition of Wolff’s age-restricted housing portfolio. Prior to joining Wolff, Mike was a partner and spent more than 20 years at First Centrum, LLC, one of the nation’s largest owners of senior housing. Mike started his development career with Robertson Homes, which developed more than 25,000 multifamily units throughout the United States. Mike has developed more than 5,000 units over three decades. He is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles and is a long-time member of the American Senior Housing Association.
Cory is a Vice President at The Wolff Company and oversees asset management for the senior living portfolio. He has over 17 years of experience in the senior housing and service industry in the western United States. Before joining Wolff, Cory was Vice President of Operations for Brookdale Senior Living, the nation’s largest senior housing operator, and oversaw 38 independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities in Southern California. He also was Senior Regional Director of Operations for Emeritus Senior Living and oversaw 14 communities in Utah, Colorado, Idaho, and Montana. Prior to Brookdale and Emeritus, he was Director of Business Development for Symbii Home Health & Hospice and Alpine Home Health & Hospice, both regional senior healthcare firms in Utah. Cory has an undergraduate degree from of The University of Utah and a Master’s of Business Administration from Brigham Young University.
Michael directs the architectural design of The Wolff Company’s developments. Michael is a California-licensed architect with extensive experience planning and designing civic, institutional and residential buildings in the United States and overseas. He brings keen interest, skill and thoughtfulness to multifamily residential design of all densities. Prior to joining The Wolff Company, Michael was a Studio Director at TCA Architects in Los Angeles where his design role included The Wolff Company’s G12 and Olive properties in downtown Los Angeles. He received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Cape Town, South Africa, and his Master of Architecture degree from UCLA. He is a California-licensed architect, American Institute of Architects member, and LEED Accredited Professional.
